At the helm of REACHing beyond is Joelyne Marshall who has over 30 years of experience in the training and development field within various specialties (social media, education, food and beverage, franchise, manufacturing, small business, career development, and more).

Joelyne is accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has over 1000 hours logged coaching leaders at various levels.
